Non-Exclusive Property Sourcing – South Wales

When we’re sourcing investment opportunities for investors, we’ll often spot something with great potential, but which doesn’t meet the brief of our client.

In these instances, we weigh up the deal and will offer the property on a non-exclusive basis to investors that we think may be interested.  We charge a fee for this service.
