Great new project bought from a local estate agent under the asking price. the house was for sale due to a bereavement in the family, we helped take some of the stress away form the seller by offer to purchase with cash and complete in a time frame that suited them.

Great new project bought from a local estate agent under the asking price. the house was for sale due to a bereavement in the family, we helped take some of the stress away form the seller by offer to purchase with cash and complete in a time frame that suited them.
We are now starting to turn this house into a home. Kitchen, Bathroom, plastering and tiling getting done. A few finished touches and snagging to do before we get the carpets in.
The team are working hard to stay on track both with time and budget. Walls are getting insulated, plumbing and electrics going in.
We decided to remove a wall to make a large Kitchen dinner. Building control were involved and had the calculations done via the architect so the correct size beams were used.
